Seamless User Experience
Bulk User Upload: You can now easily import HRIS data to create profiles across your organization, ensuring profiles are accurate and up-to-date with fields like First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Title, Department, Groups, Education, Certifications, and Job History.
Enhanced Profile Data and Improved Recommendations: New fields like Department, Education, Certifications, and Job History have been added to the recommendation algorithm, ensuring even better matches.
Streamlined Onboarding: Our 3-day onboarding series has been condensed into a single message received on day 1 with intuitive modals for quick and easy navigation and a quieter experience.
Improved Connection Features
New Help Types: A new help type for learning about your company culture has been added, making it simpler to unlock institutional knowledge.
Advanced Filters: Department selectors now act as multi-select filters, providing more precise recommendations.
Easily Continue a Connection: Users can now seamlessly transition to an ongoing connection when they want to continue working together. This helps track goals and progress effectively.
Enhanced Insights and Controls for Admins
Connection Settings: You can toggle connection lengths and types, tailoring the experience to your organizational needs.
Custom Messaging and Personal Experiences: Easily update Home tab messaging for the Teams app and manage the visibility of personal experience features.
Deactivating GenAI: If your organization does not want employees using Generative AI to write goals and personal narratives, you can easily deactivate Story and Ask helpers from the Insights tool.
Deactivate Personal Experiences: As an admin, you can now deactivate Personal Experiences, suppressing them from profiles and profile creation.
